A Breakfast Smoothie
| 1 frozen banana
| 1 1/2 cups milk
| 1 tbsp. chia seeds
| 2 tbsp. shredded flax seeds
| 1 tbsp. cocoa powder
| 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
| 1/2 cup oatmeal
| pinch of salt
Blend, blend, blend! Enjoy!
